All firearm purchases must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Firearms are shipped only to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. Customers must provide the receiving FFL dealer’s contact information at the time of purchase.
All firearm buyers must complete a background check before transfer. If a buyer fails the background check or is unable to legally take possession, the order will be canceled and subject to a restocking fee.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.
Payments must be completed before shipment. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.
Prices, descriptions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order before processing.
Firearms are shipped only to verified FFL dealers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected FFL dealer is willing to accept the transfer. We will not ship firearms to any address that is not an FFL.
Accessories, ammunition, and other products may be shipped directly to your address, depending on state and local regulations. Some states restrict ammunition shipments, magazine capacities, or certain firearm components. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and follow these laws.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, inventory levels, or verification requirements. Double 9 Firearms LLC is not liable for delays once products are in transit.
All firearm sales are final once the transfer has been completed through your FFL dealer. Firearms cannot be returned after transfer for any reason other than manufacturer defect.
Returns for non-firearm items such as accessories or apparel are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
Canceled firearm orders prior to shipment or transfer are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
By purchasing any product from Double 9 Firearms LLC, you agree to assume full responsibility for the safe handling, use, and storage of that product. Firearms must always be handled in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as manufacturer safety guidelines.
We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or death resulting from the misuse, negligence, or improper handling of any firearm or accessory purchased from us.
All text, images, graphics, and logos on this website are the property of Double 9 Firearms LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
All products are sold “as is” and without warranties except those offered by the manufacturer. Double 9 Firearms LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content on this website.
