At Double 9 Firearms LLC, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before completing your order.
Firearms and Ammunition
All firearm and ammunition sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to you, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Please inspect your firearm carefully before completing the transfer at your chosen FFL dealer.
If your firearm is found to be defective after transfer, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement.
Accessories, Parts, and Gear
We accept returns or exchanges for non-firearm items such as accessories, parts, or gear within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A 15% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at double9firearms@bwtelcom.net with photos and your order details. We’ll provide instructions for replacement or exchange.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If the item has not yet shipped, a 5% processing fee may apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
